About Kristen Madsen
I’m Kristen Madsen, and my mission is to help you move better so you can live better. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and over 17 years in the fitness industry, I’ve seen firsthand how the right balance of strength training, movement, and nutrition can transform not only your body—but your confidence, energy, and quality of life.
I believe fitness should support your life, not consume it. These days, that looks less like chasing PRs and more like building strength that carries over into real life—hiking, traveling, weekend adventures, and staying active with my husband and two stepboys. Whether we’re exploring outdoors, heading to sporting events, or working out together, movement is simply part of how we connect.
At home, I’m outnumbered by boys (and two dachshunds), and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m grateful to help people in my community feel strong, capable, and confident—so they can fully show up for the life they’re living now.
