Spinach & Mushroom Crustless Quiche
This is an incredible breakfast and can be made ahead of time and placed in the fridge overnight! INGREDIENTS: - Spinach: 1 cup - Mushrooms: 1 cup - Eggs: 6 - Milk: 1/2 cup -Cheddar Cheese: 1/2 cup - Garlic: 2 Cloves - Olive Oil: 2 Tbs Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl beat eggs and milk together. Place to the side. Bring a sauce pan to medium heat and drizzle in olive oil. Add garlic and mushrooms to the pan. Sauté until they begin to sweat.
